Fog/Driving Lamp: Service and Repair

FOG LAMP REPLACEMENT - FRONT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove enough of the wheelhouse splash shield to access the fog lamp.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fog lamp bulb/socket.
3. Remove the fog lamp bulb/socket (1) from the fog lamp housing by rotating counterclockwise.

CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in Service Precautions.




4. Remove the fog lamp bolts (1).
5. Remove the fog lamp (2) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the fog lamp (2) to the vehicle.




2. Install the fog lamp mounting bolts (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




3. Install the fog lamp bulb/socket (1) to the fog lamp by rotating clockwise.
4. Install the wheelhouse splash shield.
