Crossmember Replacement - Radiator

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.




2. Remove the radiator crossmember attaching bolts.
3. Remove the radiator crossmember from the frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator crossmember to the frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the radiator crossmember attaching bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Lower the vehicle.
