Air Duct: Service and Repair

AIR DISTRIBUTOR DUCT REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the upper trim panel.
2. Remove the defroster duct.
3. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) air outlet ducts.




4. Remove the air distribution duct (5) from the HVAC module.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air distributor duct (5) to the HVAC module (3) and press down to secure.
2. Install the instrument panel (I/P) air outlet ducts.
3. Install defroster duct.
4. Install the upper trim panel.
