Defroster Duct Replacement - Windshield

DEFROSTER DUCT REPLACEMENT - WINDSHIELD

TOOLS REQUIRED
J 36796 Clip Zip Clip Removal Tool

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the upper trim panel.




2. Remove the 3 push-pin clips (1) using the J 36796.
3. Remove the defroster duct (2) from the HVAC module (4).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the defroster duct (2) to the HVAC module (4) and press down to secure.
2. Install the 3 push-pin clips (1) to secure the defroster duct (2).
3. Install the upper trim panel.
