Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the evaporator case from the vehicle.




2. Separate the upper and lower case halves by removing the 7 screws.
3. Remove the evaporator core from the evaporator case.
4. Remove the evaporator temperature sensor (3) from the evaporator core.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the evaporator temperature sensor (3) to the evaporator core.
2. Install the evaporator core to the evaporator case.
3. Connect the evaporator case upper and lower halves. Secure the connection with the 7 screws.
4. Install the evaporator case to the vehicle.
