Inspect
    Wheel Bearing
      Check front wheel bearings for wear, damage, noise and rattles.
    Fuel Tank
      Inspect the fuel tank, cap and lines for damage or leaks. Inspect the fuel cap gasket for any damage. Replace parts as needed.
    Evaporative Emissions System
      Inspect emission system hoses and replace as necessary.
    Engine
      Inspect the underhood wiring harness for loose connections, chafed wires and damage (or every 60 months, whichever occurs first).
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Inspect propeller shafts and U-joints for looseness and damage (or every 15 months, whichever occurs first). Inspect more frequently if used off-road or for pulling a trailer. Tighten U-joint flange bolts if necessary.
    Drive Belt
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect the complete system. Inspect brake lines and hoses for proper hook-up, binding, leaks, cracks, chafing, etc. Inspect disc brake pads for wear and rotors for surface condition. Also inspect drum brake linings for wear and cracks. Inspect other brake parts, including drums, wheel cylinders, calipers parking brake, etc. Check parking brake adjustment. You may need to have your brakes inspected more often if your driving habits or conditions result in frequent braking.
Replace
    Spark Plug
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Or every 3 months, whichever occurs first.
    Ignition Cable
      Or every 60 months, whichever occurs first.
    Fuel Filter
      Or every 30 months, whichever occurs first.
    Fluid Filter - A/T
    Fluid - Transfer Case
    Fluid - M/T
    Fluid - Differential
    Fluid - A/T
    Engine Oil
      Or every 3 months, whichever occurs first.
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
    Air Filter Element
Bleed
    Brake Fluid
      Drain, refill and bleed the brake system.
Rotate
    Tires
Flush
    Cooling System
      Drain, flush and refill cooling system (or every 30 months since last service, whichever occurs first). Inspect hoses. Clean radiator, condenser, pressure cap and neck. Pressure test the cooling system and pressure cap.
