Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (With RPO Code YC5 and YC6)

SEAT BACK COVER AND PAD REPLACEMENT - REAR (WITH RPO CODE YC5 AND YC6)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the rear bench seat from the vehicle.
2. Remove the headrests.
3. Remove the rear seat armrests, if equipped.
4. Remove the right and left seat back hinge.




5. Remove the headrest bushings.




6. Unzip the seat back cover.
7. Remove the seat back cover and pad from the seat back frame.
8. Remove the hog rings that retain the seat back cover to the pad.

IMPORTANT: Note the locations of the hog rings. This will assist with reassembly.

9. Remove the seat back cover from the pad.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the seat back cover to the pad.
2. Install the hog rings in order to retain the seat back cover to the pad.

IMPORTANT: Note install the hog rings in the locations noted during disassembly.

3. Install the seat back cover and pad to the seat back frame.




4. Zip the seat back cover closed.




5. Press the headrest bushings into place.
6. Install the right and left seat back hinge.
7. Install the rear seat armrests, if equipped.
8. Install the headrests.
9. Install the rear bench seat to the vehicle.
