Blower Motor Replacement - Auxiliary

BLOWER MOTOR REPLACEMENT - HEATER AUXILIARY

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the body side front lower trim panel.
2. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connectors.

IMPORTANT: Note the location of the blower motor electrical connectors before disconnecting them.




3. Remove the retaining screws.
4. Remove the blower motor assembly from the blower case.

IMPORTANT: Note the orientation of the blower motor assembly before removing the assembly from the case.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the blower motor assembly to the blower case.




2. Install the blower motor retaining screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the blower motor retaining screws to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

3. Connect the blower motor electrical connectors.
4. Install the body side front lower trim panel.
