Removal Procedure




1. Loosen the set screw in the base of the mirror.
2. Remove the mirror from the mounting pad.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the mirror to the mounting pad.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Tighten the set screw that retains the mirror base to the mounting pad.

Tighten the mirror set screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the rearview mirror reading lamp electrical wiring harness, if applicable.
