Barometric Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair



BAROMETRIC PRESSURE (BARO) SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Disconnect the barometric pressure (BARO) sensor harness connector.
2. Remove the BARO sensor bracket and bolt.
3. Remove the BARO sensor (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the BARO sensor (2).
2. Install the BARO sensor bracket and bolt.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Connect the BARO sensor harness connector.
