Oil Pan Drain Plug 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)

Front Cover Alignment
at Oil Pan Surface 0.0 - 0.5 mm (0.0 - 0.02 inch)
Rear Cover Alignment
at Oil Pan Surface 0.0 - 0.5 mm (0.0 - 0.02 inch)
Oil Pan Alignment
to Rear of Engine Block at Transmission Bell Housing Mounting Surface 0.0 - 0.25 mm (0.0 - 0.01 inch)
Oil pan
Install assembly 5 and 6 to the engine block 7.
Finger tighten the 2 bolts 4 to hold the oil pan assembly 5 in place.
Install the mounting bolts 2, and 3, for the oil pan assembly.
^ Tighten the oil pan mounting bolts 2 M6 to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
^ Tighten the oil pan mounting bolts 4 M8 to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
