Fastener Tightening Specifications

Cylinder Head






Tighten
Tighten the cylinder head bolts to 20Nm (15 lb ft). After finishing the initial tightening, tighten all they cylinder head bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb ft) and turn the bolts another 2 turns of 70 degrees.

Camshaft Cap






Tighten
Tighten the camshaft bolts to 12 Nm (106 lb in).

Intake Manifold

Tighten
- Tighten the 7 intake manifold retaining bolts to 12 Nm (106 lb in).
- Tighten the 4 intake manifold retaining nuts to 12 Nm (106 lb in)

Exhaust Manifold

Tighten
Tighten the exhaust manifold retaining nuts to 28 Nm (21 lb ft).

Camshaft Sprocket

Cam Sprocket Bolt 20 Nm (17 lb ft)
