Transmission Intermediate Case Assemble

- J 8092 Universal Driver
- J 25070 Heat Gun - 500-750 F
- J 44741 Shift Rail Bearing Installer
- J 44745 Countershaft Bearing Race Installer
- J 44746 Mainshaft/Input Shaft Bearing Race Installer





1. Using the J 25070, heat the intermediate case for 10-15 minutes.
2. Install the countershaft bearing race in the intermediate case using the J 8092 (1) and the J 44745 (2).





3. Install the mainshaft intermediate bearing race in the intermediate case using the J 8092 (1) and the J 44746 (2).





4. Install the shift rail bearing in the intermediate case using the J 8092 (1) and the J 44741 (2).
