90. Clutch Pilot Bearing Installation

Clutch Pilot Bearing Installation (without RPO HP2)

Tools Required
^ J38836 Bushing Installer and Clutch Arbor





1. Important: The flywheel spacer, if applicable, must be removed prior to pilot bearing installation.

Install a 5/8 inch washer (1) onto the J38836 or equivalent.
2. Install the new pilot bearing (2) onto the tool.





3. Install the new pilot bearing into the crankshaft using the J38836.





4. Inspect the clutch pilot bearing for proper installation.
