2006 Chevrolet Aveo, Optra (Canada Only)
2006 Pontiac Wave (Canada Only)
Built Prior To and Including the VIN Breakpoints shown.
Condition
Some customers may comment that the engine may not start or may be rough at idle during cold weather and/or the Check Engine light may be on.
Technicians may also find a DTC P0606 "Control Module Internal Performance" set.
Correction
Replace the engine control module (ECM). Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement in SI.
