Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement

Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet (2.2L (L61)
^ Tools Required
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure
1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Lower the vehicle.





3. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the radiator using J 38185.
4. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator.





5. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the engine using J 38185.
6. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the engine.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
2. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to secure the hose using J 38185.





3. Install the radiator outlet hose to the engine.
4. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to secure the hose using J 38185.
5. Fill the cooling system.
