Heater Core Cover Replacement



HEATER CORE COVER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the floor air outlet duct.
2. Remove the heater core cover screws (1).
3. Remove the heater core cover (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the heater core cover.
2. Install the heater core cover screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the screws to 1.2 N.m (11 lb in).

3. Install the floor air outlet duct.
