Fuel Level Sensor Replacement

FUEL LEVEL SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the fuel sender assembly.
2. Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1) from under the cover.
3. Gently lift up the retainer (2) and slide the sensor down off of the bucket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Slide the NEW sensor up along the bucket until the retainer (2) is engaged.
2. Connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1) under the cover.
3. Install the fuel sender assembly.
