Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Reinforcement Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the bolts (1) from the frame reinforcement (2).
3. Remove the frame reinforcement (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the frame reinforcement (2) from the vehicle.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the bolts (1) to the frame reinforcement (2) and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
3. Lower the vehicle.
