Engine Oil Heater Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Disconnect the injector cable connector (1).
2. Remove the oil pan heater mounting bolts (2).
3. Remove the oil pan heater.

Installation Procedure




1. Apply suitable silicon on oil pan heater mounting surface.
2. Install the oil pan heater.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the oil pan heater bolts (2).

Tighten the coil pan heater bolts to 8 Nm (71 lb in).

4. Connect the injector cable connector (1).
