Camshaft Position Intake Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the camshaft adjuster bolts (3).





Note: Ensure the location and direction of the intake/exhaust adjusters when removed.

2. Remove the camshaft adjusters (1, 2).

Installation Procedure





Note: Ensure the location and direction of the intake/exhaust adjusters when removed.

1. Install the camshaft adjusters (1, 2).





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the camshaft adjuster bolts (3) and tighten to 65 Nm +120° +15° (47.9 lb ft +120° +15° ).
