Battery Tray Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement (LS7 or LS9) (Service and Repair)Battery Replacement (LS3) (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the battery tray bolts.
3. Remove the battery tray.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the battery tray.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the battery tray bolts.

Tighten the battery tray bolts to 12 Nm (106 lb in).

3. Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement (LS7 or LS9) (Service and Repair)Battery Replacement (LS3) (Service and Repair).
