Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor 2 Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the air intake pipe. Refer to Air Intake Pipe Replacement (Air Intake Pipe Replacement).
3. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor (2) electrical connector.




4. Remove the IAT sensor from the center intake manifold.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the IAT sensor to the center intake manifold and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
2. Connect the IAT sensor (2) electrical connector.
3. Install the air intake pipe. Refer to Air Intake Pipe Replacement (Air Intake Pipe Replacement).
4. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Service and Repair).
