Front Side Door Window Channel Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.
2. Remove the front door speaker. Refer to Radio Front Speaker Replacement Radio Front Speaker Replacement.




3. Remove the front door window run channel screws.




4. Remove the front door window run channel from the front door window weatherstrip.
5. Remove the front door window run channel from the front door.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the front door window run channel to the front door.




2. Position the front door window run channel to the front door window weatherstrip, pressing in until fully seated.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Install the front door window run channel screws and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
4. Install the front door speaker. Refer to Radio Front Speaker Replacement Radio Front Speaker Replacement.
5. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.
