Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (Intake Manifold Cover Replacement).
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement).
3. Reposition the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose clamp at the outlet duct.
4. Remove the PCV hose from the air cleaner outlet duct.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the PCV hose to the air cleaner outlet duct.
2. Reposition the PCV hose clamp at the outlet duct.
3. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement).
4. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (Intake Manifold Cover Replacement).
