Oil Pump Drive Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement Intake Manifold Cover Replacement.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
3. Remove the oil pump drive bolt.
4. Remove the oil pump drive.

Installation Procedure




1. Coat the drive gear on the oil pump drive with prelube. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers.
2. Install the oil pump drive.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Install the oil pump drive bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).

4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement.
5. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement Intake Manifold Cover Replacement.
