Endgate Lower Hinge Replacement - Body Side

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the endgate from the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the bolts retaining the endgate hinge to the body.
3. Remove the endgate hinge from the body.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the endgate hinge to the body.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the bolts retaining the endgate hinge to the body and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
3. Install the endgate to the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement (Service and Repair).
