Throttle Body Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LDE, LXV, 2H0, and LUW) (1.8L)

Removal Procedure




1. Disconnect the throttle body heater inlet hose connector from the engine coolant thermostat housing (1).
2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the throttle body heater inlet hose connector from the throttle body (3).
3. Remove the throttle body heater inlet hose (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the throttle body heater inlet hose (2).
2. Connect the throttle body heater inlet hose to the throttle body (3) and install the clamp.
3. Connect the throttle body heater inlet hose (2) to the engine coolant thermostat housing (1).
