Engine Oil Pressure Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the starter. Refer to Starter Replacement (LAF) (Service and Repair)Starter Replacement (LFW) (Service and Repair).
2. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) from the oil pressure switch.




3. Remove the engine oil pressure switch.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the engine oil pressure switch. Tighten the switch to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).




2. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the oil pressure switch.
3. Install the starter. Refer to Starter Replacement (LAF) (Service and Repair)Starter Replacement (LFW) (Service and Repair).
