Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (Non-HP2)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the A/C compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LY2, LY5, LH6, L76, L92, LC9 and LMG) Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement.
2. Remove the A/C belt tensioner bolts.
3. Remove the A/C belt tensioner.




4. Remove the A/C compressor bracket mounting bolts.
5. Remove the A/C compressor bracket.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the A/C compressor bracket.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the A/C compressor bracket mounting bolts and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
3. Install the A/C belt tensioner.
4. Install the A/C belt tensioner bolts and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
5. Install the A/C compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LY2, LY5, LH6, L76, L92, LC9 and LMG) Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement.
