Sunshade Retainer Bezel Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Detach the sunshade from the sunshade retainer bezel.





2. Remove the sunshade retainer bezel to sunshade bezel retainer locking pin (1).

3. Lower and remove the sunshade retainer bezel (2).





4. Remove the tension spring (3) and button (4) from the sunshade bezel retainer (1).

5. Depress the sunshade bezel retainer locking tabs (5) and remove the sunshade bezel retainer (1) from the roof panel (2).

Installation Procedure





Note:
Steps 1 to 3 apply if the sunshade retainer bezel removed is being fitted.

1. Install the tension spring (2) and button (3) to the sunshade bezel retainer (1).

2. Install the sunshade bezel retainer (1) to the sunshade retainer bezel (4).

Note:
Make sure the sunshade bezel retainer locking pin (5) engages securely into the sunshade retainer bezel (4).

3. Install the sunshade retainer bezel to sunshade bezel retainer locking pin (5).





4. Install the sunshade retainer bezel (1) to the roof panel.

5. Attach the sunshade to the sunshade retainer bezel.
