Connecting Rod, Engine
NEW connecting rod bolts
30 Nm (22 lb ft).

Loosen the connecting rod bolts until the torque reading is zero.

Re-tighten the connecting rod bolts:

First Pass
25 Nm (18 lb ft).

Final Pass
an additional 110 degrees.

0.095-0.355mm (0.00037-0.0140in)
