Auxiliary Blower Motor Resistor Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the left rear quarter trim panels. Refer to Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side.





2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor resistor.

3. Remove the retaining screws.

4. Remove the blower motor resistor from the blower case.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the blower motor resistor into the blower case.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the retaining screws to the blower case and tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor resistor.

4. Install the left rear quarter trim panels. Refer to Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side.
