Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Opening Filler Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.




2. Remove the emission reduction fluid tank opening filler fasteners (1).




3. Remove the emission reduction fluid tank opening filler clamp (1).

4. Remove the emission reduction fluid tank opening filler quick disconnect (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Procedures.

5. Remove the emission reduction fluid tank opening filler (3).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the emission reduction fluid tank opening filler (3).

2. Install the emission reduction fluid tank opening filler quick disconnect (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Procedures.

3. Install the emission reduction fluid tank opening filler clamp (1).





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

4. Install the emission reduction fluid tank opening filler fasteners (1) and tighten to 10 Nm 89 lb in.

5. Lower the vehicle.
