Auxiliary Heater Core Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the auxiliary HVAC module. Refer to Auxiliary HVAC Module Removal and Installation Auxiliary HVAC Module Removal and Installation.





2. Remove the screws from the bottom of the auxiliary HVAC module.

3. Remove the heater core from the module.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the heater core to the module.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the screws to the bottom of the auxiliary HVAC module and tighten to 1.9 Nm (17 lb in).

3. Install the auxiliary HVAC module. Refer to Auxiliary HVAC Module Removal and Installation Auxiliary HVAC Module Removal and Installation.
