Oil Pressure Low

1. Low oil level.

2. Detective vacuum modulator.

3. Filter blocked or restricted, or incorrect filter assembly.

4. O-ring seal on intake pipe and/or grommet omitted or damaged.

5. Split or leaking oil intake pipe.

6. Malfunction in oil pump. Check for stuck pressure regulator and/or boost valve, weak pressure regulator valve spring, insufficient spacers in pressure regulator, excessive gear clearance, gears damaged, worn or incorrectly installed, pump cover gasket improperly positioned or defective, or mismatched pump body and pump cover.

7. Internal circuit leakage.

8. Case porosity.

9. Intermediate clutch cup plug leaking or improperly positioned.

10. Low-reverse check ball improperly positioned or missing. This will cause no reverse and no overrun braking in low range.
