Wiper Operates at One Speed In Both High/Low Switch Positions

Front wiper switch continuity test:

1. Disconnect electrical connector from wiper motor.
2. Ground terminal 5 and alternately connect battery voltage to terminals 3 and 4 on motor Fig. 19.
3. If wiper motor operates properly in both positions, repair wiring between switch and motor or replace switch as necessary. If wiper motor does not operate properly, motor is defective.
