1. Remove boots, pistons, springs and cups from the wheel cylinder.
2. Clean all parts with brake fluid.
3. Inspect cylinder bore. A scored bore may be honed as long as the diameter is not increased by more than 0.127 mm (0.005 inch). Replace worn or damaged parts as necessary.
4. Ensure hands are clean before proceeding with assembly. Lubricate cylinder wall and rubber cups with brake fluid, then install springs, cups, pistons and boots in housing.
5. Install wheel cylinder.
