Temperature Warning Lamp/Indicator: Description and Operation

The Temperature Indicator goes on to warn of overheating when the Temperature Switch is closed. The Temperature Switch is closed when the temperature rises above 123°C (260°F). When the Ignition Switch is in START the Temperature Indicator is grounded through the Ignition Switch and the Indicator lamps.
