Fig. 10, Dual Pick Up Start Run Relay:
1.
Disconnect two-way connector from pins 5 and 4 of dual pick up start-run
relay,

Connect suitable ohmmeter between pins 4 and 5 of relay.
3.
If ohmmeter reading of 20-30 ohms cannot be obtained, replace
relay.
