Raising the Vehicle
When weight is added to the rear suspension, lowering vehicle height, the height sensor sends a "low" signal to the Control Module (CM), activating the internal time delay circuit. After a time delay of between 12 and 18 seconds, the CM grounds the compressor relay. With the relay grounded, the compressor runs and air is sent through the system. As the shock absorbers inflate, the vehicle body moves toward a corrected position. Once the correct position has been reached the CM halts compressor operation.
