Over Current Shutdown (Short Circuit)

NOTE: An over current shutdown will occur if there is a short circuit in a motor or a short to ground. Over current shutdown is put into effect if any over current condition is detected by the VDCM. There are three differences between Fault mode and over current shutdown. During an over current shutdown condition the VDCM will:
1. Immediately stop driving all motors, and will not attempt to drive the motors to the Default (Norm) position.
2. The Norm LED will not flash.
NOTE: The VDCM never attempts to drive the motors during an over current condition and all changes are locked out until the next module Reset.
