Wipers Do Not Run When Washer Motor Is Engaged

Note: Whenever a wiper motor malfunction occurs, ensure wiper motor wire harness is properly connected before starting with normal diagnosis and repair procedures.
1. Disconnect J3 24 way connector from body controller.
2. Using a suitable voltmeter, connect positive lead to terminal 10 of 24 way connector.
3. Engage washer switch so that washer motor runs continuously.
4. If voltage is zero, check wiring between washer motor and body controller, repair if necessary.
5. If voltage is 10 to 15 volts, replace body controller.
