Heater Core: Service and Repair
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATIONNOTE: The evaporator case (Heater-A/C housing) must be removed from the vehicle first.
Service and Repair 1.
Remove heater A/C unit top cover.
2.
Remove
heater core to dash panel seal from the core tubes and remove the heater core from the unit.
3.
To install, reverse the preceding operation.
