Battery Discharge Protection Relay: Testing and Inspection

- For the A3 circuit, check for a blown 30 Amp fuse located in cavity H of the PDC
- For the A13 circuit, check for a blown 20 Amp fuse located in cavity F of the PDC
- For the left low beam headlamp, check for a blown 15 Amp fuse located in cavity 15 of the junction block
- For the left high beam headlamp, check for a blown 15 Amp fuse located in cavity 11 of the junction block
- For the right low beam headlamp, check for a blown 15 Amp fuse located in cavity 16 of the junction block
- For the right high beam headlamp, check for a blown 15 Amp fuse located in cavity 12 of the junction block
- For the left front lamps check the grounding point at the left frame rail.
- For the right front lamps check the grounding point at the right frame rail.
- Check the parking brake switch operation
- Check the 10 Amp fuse in cavity F2 of the PDC
- Check the 30 Amp fuse located in cavity H of the PDC. If this fuse is blown the headlamps will not operate
- Check the headlamp grounds located at the left front frame rail and the right frame rail
