Master Cylinder Components Disassembly:

DISASSEMBLY
1. Follow the disassembly steps outlined in the image, noting the following.





2. Remove the piston stopper bolt, while depressing the piston.





3. Remove the piston stopper bolt and piston stopper ring, while depressing the piston.

INSPECTION
- Check the inner surface of master cylinder body for corrosion or pitting.
- Check the primary and secondary pistons for corrosion, scoring, damage or wear.
- Check the diaphragm for cracks and wear.

ASSEMBLY
Follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order for installation.
