Windshield Washer Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery negative cable.
2. Remove the upper steering column cover. Refer to steering column cover removal procedures below.

Multi-Function Switch Mounting:




3. Remove multi-function switch mounting screws.
4. Disconnect wire connectors. Lift the switch straight up to remove.

INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures.
1. Tighten multi-function switch to column retaining screws to 2.3 N.m (20 in. lbs.) torque.
2. Tighten steering column cover retaining screws 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.)
