Reading / Courtesy Lamp Replacement

REMOVAL

Negative Battery Cable:

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

Reading / Courtesy Lamp Lens:

2. Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755),, lightly pry outward the forward end of reading lamp lens.
3. Rotate reading I courtesy lamp socket one quarter turn counterclockwise.

Socket And Lamp:

4. Pull socket out of lamp.
5. Pull lamp from socket.

INSTALLATION
1. For installation, reverse the above procedures.
2. When installing the lamp lens, first guide the switch contact tab on the lens between the lamp switch plunger and the lamp bezel. Then snap lens onto the two lens pivots on the bezel.
