- Courtesy lamp relay defective - coil open
- Junction block defective - lamp relay fused B(+) (CAV 30) open
- Junction block defective - lamp relay fused B(+) (CAV 86) Open
- Headlamp switch defective, open
- BCM defective (lamp relay control function) by default
- BCM defective - driver door ajar switch status
