Antitheft and Alarm Systems: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Open hood, disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable remote terminal from the remote battery post.
2. Refer to Body, Deck Lid, Deck Lid Latch Removal.

Deck Lid Latch:

3. Disconnect connector and remove deck lid lock cylinder from bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. Connect connector and install the deck lid lock cylinder onto bracket.
2. Refer to Body, Deck Lid, Deck Lid Latch, Installation.
3. Connect the negative battery cable remote terminal onto the remote battery post.
